MOZABRICK - What picture to choose and other questions answered!

Here are some commonly asked questions about assembling Mozabrick Pixel Art. We will update this blog periodically. If you have additional questions, email us at info@ukidztoys.com. If we are unable to help, we'll forward your request to the manufacturer. 

HOW CAN I GET INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE CONSTRUCTOR AFTER PURCHASE?

Each set contains a manual in which you will find your unique 6-character code. You can generate and receive instructions for assembling the picture to the email you specify by entering the code on the manufacturer's website - mozabrick.com.

HOW TO UPLOAD A PHOTO AND GET ASSEMBLY DIAGRAM?

Visit mozabrick.com or scan QR-code that is printed on the manual, click Assembly Instructions button and enter your 6-digit assembly code. Select your construction set's size and upload your picture. Select the desired area of the photo, zooming in or out by dragging the image corners. Select the assembly diagram you like, provide your email address and instantly receive the assembly instructions. Check your spam folder if the email is not received.

WHAT PHOTO SHOULD I CHOOSE?

You can use any image from your camera, phone or social network, even a scanned picture! The higher the resolution (quality) of the main photo is, the better the final art will be. The best option for the main photo is a portrait image of one or more people. The fewer fine details in the main photo, the better the result will be. The instruction generator will offer you several options for assembling your photo to choose from.

For the best results, avoid pictures with a low-contrast background:

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE PICTURE USING THE PHOTO CONSTRUCTION SET?

In your email inbox find the email from Mozabrick. Open the pdf attachment and print the instructions. Or, as an alternative, use the link from the email to view instructions on your phone. The bricks come in 5 colors. Each color has a unique tag. All brick packages are labeled with their appropriate tags:

HOW TO USE MOZABRICK MOUNTING TOOL?

Each set contains a special tool for detaching parts. Check the picture below to see how it works. 

HOW TO ATTACH BASE PLATE CONNECTORS?

When finished  assembling, put the base plates onto a flat surface facing down, and fix the edges with base plate connectors, as shown below.

HOW TO USE THE PIXEL ART MOUNT (Model S)?

Take the included mount and fold it along the break line at 45 degrees and mount your pixel art:

HOW TO ATTACH THE PIXEL ART ONTO WALL OR OTHER SURFACE?

Each set contains a 3M double-sided tape, with which you can hang your masterpiece in any place you like. Remove the protective film from one side of the included double-sided tape and attach to the backside of all connectors. Remove the protective film from another side and press the picture to the surface. The pixel art should be attached to a flat smooth surface. Adhesive residues after dismantling might occur.

CAN I COMBINE SETS?

Yes! 2 or more sets can be combined together. Just pick the proper option when entering your unique code on Mozabrick.com. Here are dimensions of combined sets (Model S):

1 model S - 51×51 cm (20×20 in)
2 model S - 51×102 cm (20×40 in)
4 model S - 102×102 cm (40×40 in)

WHAT IS MOZABRICK CONSTRUCTOR MADE OF?

All elements of the constructor are made of odorless hard plastic. All required certificates are available.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE A MOZABRICK CONSTRUCTOR?

Depends on the assembly speed and the number of people assembling the art. On average, it takes 20-27 hours to assemble model L, 18 hours for Model M, and 8-12 hours for Model S.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE ASSEMBLED CONSTRUCTOR?

In order to avoid this, you can check how your picture will look in pixel-art format before purchasing and assembling here. 

WHAT IF THE SET CONTAINS FEWER BRICKS THAN NECESSARY?

Each set contains 5% more parts of each color than is actually required for the assembly. Nevertheless, if you suddenly encounter such a problem – email the manufacturer info@mozabrick.com for support. 

CAN KIDS ASSEMBLE MOZABRICK?

Yes, with adult supervision, younger kids will be able to assemble a picture. Due to the abundance of small parts, it is recommended not to leave the kids unattended. Recommended age  is 14+.

WHAT IF EMAIL WITH ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IS NOT RECEIVED? 

Check the Junk Mail /Spam folder and double check the mail you provided. If you need additional support, email the manufacturer at info@mozabrick.com.
